18. Let us inspire you to order a latte that's sure to liven up your morning
Curious about the designs baristas do? Learn more about latte art below! 👇
💡 BC Trivia:
1. Have you tried doing latte art? It's a method of preparing coffee created by pouring microfoam into a shot of espresso and resulting in a pattern or design on the surface of the latte. It can also be created or embellished by simply "drawing" in the top layer of foam.
2. A latte is typically prepared in a 240 mL (8 fl oz) glass or cup with one standard shot of espresso and filled with steamed milk, with a layer of foamed milk approximately 12 mm (1⁄2 in) thick on the top.
3. Latte art isn't just decorative; if the drawing stays fixed in the milk, it means that the foam and coffee are perfectly made. It’s proof of quality!
4. A barista by the name of Kazuki Yamamoto made the internet go crazy with his 3D designs of cats, giraffes, even Snoopy.

19. Let us entice you with one of the pastries most ubiquitous in Spain: CHURROS
Churros, sometimes called Spanish doughnuts, are fried-dough pastry-based snacks, sometimes made from potato dough. They are fried until they become crunchy, and may be sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, or have dips like chocolate.
The surface of a churro is ridged due to having been piped from a 𝘤𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘳𝘢, a syringe-like tool with a star-shaped nozzle. Churros are generally prisms in shape and may be straight, curled, or spirally twisted. Traditionally churros and chocolate are popular Spanish breakfasts and come in two variants: one is long and fat (called 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘢), and the popular one is thin and has knots
