𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗪𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗜𝗘𝗦

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 25 min.
Total Time: 35 min.
Servings: 12 people
Calories: 245kcal

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
1/2 cup butter
6 oz chocolate chips about 1 heaping cup
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick baking spray. Clamp down the sides of the pan with clips to hold the parchment paper in place.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl combine the 1/2 cup butter and 6 oz chocolate. 3. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted. Up to 90 seconds in total. Let the chocolate cool for 5 minutes.
4. Add in 3 eggs and whip using a whisk or the whisk attachment on high speed for 2 minutes.
5. Add the 1 cup sugar and whip again.
6. Switch to a spatula and add in 1 teaspoon vanilla mix until combined. Next add in the 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Mix until combined.
7. Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 25 minutes for super fudgy brownies. Allow to cool before cutting into them!

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦
1. I like to use a hand or stand mixer because the longer you whip the eggs in the chocolate the lighter and more crackly the tops of the brownies will be. Whip the egg and chocolate mixture for 2 minutes and the brownies will be lighter and so fudgey.
2. To line the baking pan I cut 2 small strips of parchment paper and line them across the pan, Use clips attached to the pan to help the parchment stay in place when pouring the batter.
3. Make sure the brownie batter is evenly distributed so that it bakes evenly.
You can add toppings or anything you would like to the top of the brownies

20. So you like your pineapples and you like your chicken... but have you ever eaten them both in one dish?

Treat your taste buds with this delightful Chinese recipe that will leave you craving for more.

Try this at home and tag a friend you'd share this with!

𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗧 & 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 white onion
1 tsp ginger
3 teaspoon garlic
1 pineapple
white rice
scallons and sesame seed for garnish

𝘚𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce

𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘯
1 lb chicken thighs or breast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/3 cup cornstarch
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
1. Cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces. Add chicken, salt, and Shaoxing cooking wine to a bowl and mix well. Let marinate while preparing other ingredients.
2. Cut your pineapple in half. Discard the core and scoop out cubed pineapple slices. If you’re only cooking for 2-3 people, use half of the pineapple.
3. Cut bell peppers & onions into cubes (similar sizes to your chicken). Mince garlic and ginger. Set aside.
4. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan until hot. Coat your chicken in cornstarch & spread pieces into pan without overlapping. Cook undisturbed for 3 minutes each side or until browned. Using tongs, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it cool (I put a napkin under the chicken to help absorb the oil).
5. Wipe excess oil in pan (leave about 2 tbsp) and throw in ~2 cups of diced pineapples. Add a pinch of brown sugar to help it caramelize and give it a nice golden sear (~3 minutes on medium heat, or until browned). Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened (3-4 minutes) on medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
6. Add vinegar, sugar, and ketchup, and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil.
7. Return the chicken to frying pan and coat with the sauce- reduce heat to simmer.
8. Scoop mixture into your pineapple shell with some white rice and garnish with sesame seeds + scallions
