16. Europe was great. So satisfying and makes me hungry
We fell in love with Paris and its numerous boulangeries and patisseries, filled with mind blowing amounts of desserts, breads and pastries.
What we found interesting, was that some bakeries we visited, with amazing variety and quality products, very often didn’t have any social media presence or a website.
And some of the bakeries with big names, millions of subscribers and long lines in front of them, offered products of a mediocre quality.
Also, we spent 3 days in Germany, enjoying very good rye bread and bread rolls.
Thank you so much for all your suggestions, I wish we had more time to visit other places. Will save the list for next time.
And while I am reviving my sourdough starter, here is some fun video to watch.

24. Easy how to make Japanese cheesecake
How to make:
The components:
- 75 grams of butter (means three-quarters of a finger)
- 350 gm uncooked Puck or Philadelphia cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- a cup of sugar
- Three quarters of a cup of liquid milk
- 4 tablespoons of starch
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- A teaspoon of vanilla
- Squeeze a lemon
Note, in order for the egg whites to be creamy and exact, the cup or mixer must be completely dry from water or fat, as well as the whites being pure without a drop of yolk + a tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon
The grilling method is in a tray of boiling water
At 150 degrees for 35 minutes, then at 120 degrees for an hour only from the bottom, then 5 minutes from the top.
It is necessary to stay in the oven for a quarter of an hour, until the cheese suddenly cools and falls
