You can prepare this nutritious and delicious breakfast in just 5 minutes! It’s both healthy and simple leaving you with no reason to skip breakfast on busy mornings. My time-saving tip is to boil the eggs the night before and refrigerate them. In the morning, all you need to do is toast your bread and assemble the egg salad – that’s it!
Ingredients:
+ 1 Slice Ezekiel bread
+ 2 hard boiled eggs
+ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
+ Thyme
+ Parsley flakes
+ Salt & pepper
+ Honey
Instructions:

1 cup raw honey
1/2 cup filtered or coconut water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 lemons, sliced

1/4 tsp cayenne
For adults and kids (2+). Store in the fridge for 3-4 weeks, or strain and freeze into cubes for 3-4 months.

For the Chicken:
▪️2 Chicken Breasts
▪️Salt & Pepper
▪️1/3 Cup Flour
▪️2 Eggs
▪️1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
▪️1/3 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
▪️1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
▪️Avocado or Olive Oil Spray
For the Topping:
▪️24 oz. Jar Marinara Sauce
▪️2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
For Serving:
▪️Fresh Parsley, minced
▪️Freshly Grated Parmesan
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425F convection (if you don’t have convection no worries) and spray or drizzle a large baking sheet with some oil
2️⃣ Place chicken in between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with the flat side of a meat mallet (or something heavy) until the chicken is 1/3” thick; season with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside
3️⃣ Set up your dredging station: Add flour to a large shallow bowl, beat the eggs in another large shallow bowl, and combine the panko, Italian breadcrumbs, and parmesan in a third large shallow bowl
4️⃣ Coat both sides of each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture (press the breadcrumbs on with your fingers) and place on the greased baking sheet
5️⃣ On a separate quarter baking sheet (9” x 13”) or baking dish, spread the marinara in one layer and then make two piles of mozzarella cheese about the size of the chicken cutlets; sprinkle the piles with parmesan on top
6️⃣ Spray the chicken with olive or avocado oil and convection bake for 12-15 mins until internal temp reaches 165F (if you are not using convection you will have to cook a bit longer); put the cheese + sauce in the oven 5 mins after the chicken and bake 8-10 mins until cheese is melted and golden brown
7️⃣ Once the chicken and cheese are done, use a large spatula to place the cheese and sauce on top of the chicken OR you can slide the sauce and cheese directly onto the sheet pan with the chicken by tilting the sheet pan with the sauce and pouring it on (line up the chicken so the cheese slides on top of it)
8️⃣ Serve with parsley and freshly grated parm on top and enjoy!
⏲30 minute total prep + cook time
Recipe serves 2-4 people (if chicken breasts are large one can serve two people)

Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
* 2 tsp of salt
* 1 roasted garlic head
* 1 tbsp of butter
* 1 shallot, diced
* 5 medium Yukon Gold or White potatoes
* 1 cup of grated Gruyere
* 1 /2 cup of grated Parmesan
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 390F
2. Thinly slice the potatoes by using a mandoline slicer.
3. In a 12 inch cast iron pan, add the butter and shallots and fry on low heat for 5 minutes until the shallots have caramelized and squish the roasted garlic head.
4. Mix caramelized onion and garlic with grated cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Separate 1/4 of this mixture and set aside( for top)
5. Mix sliced potatoes with cheese mixture.
6. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a spiral pattern and add cheese mixture on top, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
7. Cover the cast iron pan tightly with a piece of tin foil. Place the cast iron pan into the oven and bake for 1 hr.
8. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven temperature to broil. Optionally to add additional crispy layer, sprinkle more Parmesan and Gruyere on top and broil for 5 min.
9. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
10. It can be stored in the fridge and reheated the next day.

Making your own ginger ale is so SIMPLE and uses minimal ingredients. It actually only takes 4 ingredients! Ginger ale from the store is loaded with sugar! This version uses really ginger and is sweetened with maple syrup making it light and refreshing. Let me know in the comments if you give this one a try!
1 cup of sliced ginger
2 1/2 cups water
5-6 tbsp maple syrup
Juice from 1 1/2 lemons
Sparking water
Slice the ginger and add to a medium sized pot with 2 1/2 cups of water. Let this come to a boil and simmer for 30 min.
Juice the lemon and add the maple syrup. Stir to combine.
Strain the ginger and pour the liquid into a jar with the lemon juice and maple syrup. Let this cool and fill a glass with ice, a quarter of the mixture and top with sparkling water.

15. Bronzed Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema🥑
these tacos are loaded with so much flavor and they are really hard to resist. The shrimp plump and cooked to perfection!
Ingredients:
1 lbs 16-20 Shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chipotle lime garlic salt
Black pepper
2 garlic cloves
Tortillas of choice, for serving
Cotija cheese, optional
Pico de Gallo:
1 large tomato
1/2 of a red onion
1 jalapeño
3 tbs cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
Avocado Crema:
1 avocado 🥑
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Method:
1. Defrost and rinse shrimp; remove tail and butterfly shrimp; (this shrimp was already de-veined); pat it really dry;
2. Season shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cumin, chipotle lime garlic salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder and garlic cloves; mix well and let marinate until you prepare the Picco de Gallo and Avocado Crema;
3. To make the Picco de Gallo- chop tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, red onion and mix with lime juice and salt;
4. To make the Avocado Crema- add all ingredients above except for sour cream to a food processor and process then mix with the sour cream; (note: don’t blend sour cream or it will turn watery)
5. Sear shrimp on a flat top grill or skillet for about 5 mins; don’t overcook shrimp;
6. Char some tortillas, assemble and enjoy! Arriba!

3-inch piece of ginger

1/2 cup coconut water
Mint tea
Blend together all the ingredients (except tea) until smooth. Place in an ice-cube tray and freeze overnight.
To assemble a medicine ball, warm a bag of mint tea in hot water. Add 2 cubes with some raw honey and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!

I freeze it in a flat zip-top bag and it makes it so easy for preparing quick meals or even holiday appetizers like these brie stuffed meatballs. All you need is ground beef, brie, breadcrumbs and any seasoning you want. To make it easier to roll the meatballs and allow the breadcrumbs to stick, I use 100% Pure Avocado Oil. I also use 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray before cooking them in the air fryer because it’s naturally nonstick and creates a beautiful golden crust in literally 5 minutes. They are perfect for meal prep, snacking and holiday appetizers!
INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
2 ounces brie, cut into 16 pieces
1 tablespoon avocado oil
¼ cup bread crumbs

⭐️take 1 cup of rice, rinse and add to a pot with 2 cups of bone broth. Simmer covered for 10 minutes to create a high protein rice.
⭐️Take that same rice and let it cool in the fridge, then reheat when it’s ready to eat. This creates a resistant starch, which decreases the glucose spike and is better for your gut health.
🤔 wonder how it works?
As the cooked rice cooks, the amount of digestible and available carbs decreases.
Resistant starch is a type of fiber and does not convert to sugar as quickly as a regular starch does.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour 80g
1/3 cup vanilla buttercream protein powder 40g
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs sweetener (optional)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk of choice 180ml
Method:
1. Whisk flour, protein powder, baking powder and sweetener together in a bowl. Make a well in the centre, add egg and milk and whisk until combined.
2. Grease cookie cutters and place in a non stick pan over medium heat. Pour 2-3 tbs mixture per pancake (makes approx 8-10 pancakes) and cook for 2 mins.
3. When bubbles form, flip and cook for an another 1-2 mins or until golden.
4. Serve with berries and maple syrup.

27. How To Naturally Clean Your Oven With A Lemon! 🍋 Did you know about this natural cleaning hack? 🧼
For years I have used our soft cleaning scrub and although that’s great, it can be pain to get out and leaves residue sometimes. I’ll never use it again now I know how to do this! 🍋🍋🍋
And I’ll NEVER use the toxic stuff from the shops!! ☠️ (which I certainly did before I knew better).
Directions:
🍋 2-3 lemons chopped up
Place into a casserole dish and top with water
Cook in oven, 200C, for 30 mins.
Turn oven off and either leave the door closed to cool down, or open door and allow everything to cool down (including lemons and the water).
Then give the doors and walls a little scrub (use a bit of the lemon water if you have to) and wipe away. With the stubborn areas and racks I rubbed over the cooked lemon and then it easily scrubbed off.
Save for reference and share with a friend! You’ll be blown away 💛☀️🍋
PS - obviously don’t wet the electronics and open fan grill space etc in the oven.
