INGREDIENTS.
- 1- 1 1/2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup mango, frozen
1/2 c coconut yogurt
- 1/2 c pineapple, frozen
1/4 c cauliflower, frozen
- 1 date
- 1 tbs blue spirulina
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1/2 c coconut milk
- 1 scoop mushroom immunity powder
TOPPINGS-
- kiwi
- sunflower seeds
- coconut
- blueberries
Served in a beautiful coco bowl add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until silky smooth. Spoon into your coco bowl, top with all your yummies and sail away with me to paradise

Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice!

INGREDIENTS-
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
- 2 tsps blue spirulina
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1/2 cup plant milk
IN a blender, add your banana, mango, milk, flax and blend until smooth. Remove, 1/4 of the mixture and add to a bowl with your blue spirulina. Stir until completely combined and put it in the freezer until serving.
To the remaining mixture in the blender add your berries and blend until well combined.
To your bowl, add both mixtures and swirl together. Top with granola of choice. I used blueberry granola, blue spirulina dusted coconut, pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

💛PIÑA COLADA NICE CREAM :
• 1 cup frozen pineapple ( sweet very ripe )
• 1/2 cup frozen banana 🍌 ( very ripe )
• 1/4 cup coconut yogurt ( creamy )
• squeeze of fresh lime ( about 1/2 tsp )
• 1-2 TBS cold coconut water you can sub with 3 ice cubes - optional - you could add 1 scoop tropical blend
🌊 BLUE Ocean Nice Cream:
• 1 Cup / 2 frozen bananas ( very ripe )
• 1 tsp blue spirulina
• 1/4 cup cold coconut water - you can sub with 2-3 ice cubes .
Method: I wash the container of the blender before putting the ingredients inside so It becomes wet and easy to blend all the frozen fruit together! Don’t skip using VERY RIPE FRUIT !!! It really matters .
Blend all ingredients together till smooth . First create the PIÑA Colada nice cream . Put in the freezer and make the Ocean Blue bowl .
