1. Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, 4-5 pounds
- 4 tablespoons of paprika or smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne
- 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 can of beer, half of the beer either consumed or set aside
- Barbecue sauce, for basting the chicken
- Spicy ketchup (optional)
Directions
- Set your oven for 425 convection and combine in a bowl all your seasonings listed above
- Rinse chicken in cold water and pay dry. Make your basting sauce by combining barbecue sauce, some leftover beer and black pepper
- Apply the seasonings on your chicken and place in oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove chicken, baste in barbecue sauce and cover in foil for the last 45 minutes or until breast meats reaches 165 internal.
- Crave in your chicken and enjoy!

It’s a yearly tradition, but it doesn’t need to be September 21st for you to remember how good Carne Asada Burritos are!

3. CRISPY DEEP FRIED OLIVES w/ harissa mayo 🌱

olives:

160g halkidiki olives, drained
50g vegan cream cheese
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
100g plain flour
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic granules
125-150ml plant milk
70g panko breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying

dipping sauce:

4 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tbsp harissa
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lemon juice

method

1. for the filling: add the cream cheese, garlic & cen transfer to a piping bag/squeezy bottle
2. mix the flour, oregano, paprika & garlic granules along with a generous amount of salt & pepper in a bowl to make the dry mix
3. transfer 2/3 of the dry mix to a separate bowl, add the plant milk & mix to make a batter
4. empty the breadcrumbs into another dish & season
5. squeeze the cheesy filling into each olive then roll each one in the flour mix, dip in the batter then transfer to the breadcrumbs & coat evenly
6. deep fry in hot oil until golden & crisp then transfer to kitchen paper to drain any excess oil
7. for the dipping sauce: mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined
8. dunk the crispy olives in the dip & enjoy!

4. Dorito Tacos

With only 10 minutes prep and 10 minutes cooking time this sensational 20 minute is totally worth it. Hit save or regret it.

INGREDIENTS
4 small soft taco shells
¾ bag doritos of your choice
6 tablespoons of BBQ sauce or hot buffalo sauce
½ brown onion
500g mince (there will be leftover)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup shredded lettuce
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tsp sour cream
4 tsp salsa
Coriander (optional)

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Crush/blend doritoes into a crumb like consistency and spread out on a plate, drizzle bbq sauce on a separate plate
- Dip one side of the tortilla into the bbq and the same side into the dorito crumb
- Hang the dorito tacos on a wire rack creating a 2cm bottom base. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until chips are crispy/tortilla is hard
- Meanwhile, cook the brown onion, mince and taco seasoning in a pan until mince is cooked and fragrant
- Prepare the tacos with the shells, shredded lettuce, mince, cheese, sour cream, salsa and coriander

6. Crispy Chicken Bacon Caesar Wrap -

Bread the chicken by first coating it with flour, then a into beaten eggs, then panko bread crumbs and fry in a lightly oil filled saucepan. I fried one side for 3 minutes, turned it over and fried the other side for 8 minutes.

for the caesar dressing (make this yourself, you’ll taste and feel the difference and the taste is 🔥). mayo, worstershire sauce, lemon juice, dijon mustard, fresh cracked pepper and finely grated parmesan cheese then whisk. I wanted mine thick, but if you want it more liquid add oil or a splash of water.

chop up romaine lettuce and combine in a bowl with parmesan cheese

lay down 2-3 pieces fried bacon, then add cut up fried chicken slices, and add the salad mix into a wrap of your choice, and fold. Grill each side of the sandwich for about 3 minutes, serve warm, and enjoy!

7. This sandwich was absolutely 🔥

Start off by making the herb sauce - use 2-3 spoons of mayo, and your favorite herbs. i used mint, oregano, and basil.

next coat the insides of your bread (both slices) then get some muenster, fontina, and sharp white cheddar and stack and add slices of roast beef in the middle.

Prepare a hot pan with butter and coat the top slice with the herb sauce, but that side face down in the pan then coat the other slice while the bottom is cooking. Grill the sandwich for about 5-6 minutes on each side and enjoy!

8. Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Recipe🧀🍅

Tomato Soup:
1. Peeled Tomatoes from San Marzano Can
2. 1 Bell Pepper
3. 1 White onion
4. 1 whole garlic
5. Olive Oil
6. Salt + pepper
7. 1 tbsp sugar
8. 1 tbsp garlic
9. 1/4- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
10. 1-2 tbsp butter
11. 1 tsp Parsley flakes
12. 1 tsp chili
13. Squeeze of lemon

Bacon Jam:
1. 5 slices of bacon cut to small pieces
2. 1 white onion
3. 2 shallots
4. 2 garlic minced
5. 1/2 cup of brown sugar
6. 1/3 cup of maple syrup
7. 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar

Grilled Cheese
1. Gruyere
2. Cheddar
3. Pepper Jack
4. 3 pieces of bacon

Mayo Sauce
1. 4 tbsp of mayo
2. Fresh herbs 1/2 tbsp
3. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

————DIRECTIONS—————

Directions | Tomato Soup:
1. Add Tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic wrapped in tin foil into a tray. Season with olive oil and salt+pepper
2. Put it into a 400 F oven for about 40 minutes or until vegetables have a char to it.
3. Take out the vegetables from the oven and blend by adding in Heavy Cream.
4. Put it onto the stove and add in sugar, butter, parsley flakes, chili, and lemon. You can add more heavy cream here if you need.

Directions | Bacon Jam:
1. Cook bacon down and remove and leave bacon fat.
2. Cook onions and shallots for about 15 minutes
3. Add in garlic, brown sugar, maple syrup, bacon, and apple cider vinegar
4. Simmer for about 5 minutes and set aside.

Directions | Grilled Cheese:
1. Lather Mayo sauce on both sides and place on a low flame, hot pan
2. Place bacon jam on both inside sides and top with cheese and bacon.
3. Close and continue to flip till token brown
