Chocolate Cheesecake (For Breakfast?! Yes Please)
Share
If you’ve ever woken up with dessert on your mind (guilty 😅), this cozy little cheesecake bake is going to hit all the right spots. Lately, I’ve been in a total cheesecake mood — and this one combines my love for rich, chocolatey flavor with creamy vanilla comfort.
Think: fudgy chocolate oats hugging a melty, slightly tangy cream cheese center... all baked into a warm, nourishing bowl you can eat with a spoon. Sounds dreamy? It is. And the best part? It’s secretly packed with protein and super simple to make.
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cheesecake Base:
- 50g instant oats (or use oat flour for extra smooth texture)
- 30g chocolate soy protein powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150ml water or your favorite milk
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
Creamy Filling & Topping:
- A spoonful of light cream cheese
- A splash of water + a drop of vanilla extract (mix to thin)
- Chocolate syrup or “choc shot” for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (about 350°F).
- In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and baking powder.
Add the mashed banana and water (or milk), then mix until smooth and well combined. - Grease or spray a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.
Pour in half of the mixture, then add a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mix in the center. - Cover the filling with the remaining batter, and drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden on the edges and slightly firm in the center.
- Let cool for a few minutes… then grab a spoon and dig into that creamy, chocolatey goodness. 😍

Tips & Customizations:
- Dairy-free? Use a plant-based cream cheese alternative and non-dairy milk.
- No chocolate syrup? Try melted dark chocolate or a spoon of chocolate spread.
- Want extra protein? Add Greek yogurt to the batter or more protein powder.
- Extra indulgent? Swirl a spoonful of peanut butter or hazelnut spread into the center.
Why I’m Obsessed with This:
It’s literally cheesecake… for breakfast. But it’s also wholesome, filling, and full of ingredients that fuel your body (without skimping on flavor). It tastes like dessert, but keeps you satisfied like a proper meal should.
Perfect for days when you want something special, comforting, and chocolatey — but still want to stay on track. I’ve been making versions of this on repeat lately, and each one feels like a warm, cozy hug💕

Pair it with an iced coffee or warm latte, light a candle, and turn your kitchen into a mini café moment
