INGREDIENTS
- Salmon
- Boursin chive
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Capers
- Garlic
- pasta of choice
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, rosemary
Place everything in pan or baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and mix everything together. Pour cooked pasta in. Mix and serve!

2. Raspberry Chip Nice Cream
If you love black raspberry chip ice cream, like we do in New England, this is another minimal ingredient nice cream recipe when you have really ripe bananas that need to be used. A perfect ready-made dessert or healthy snack. 🍌
3 ripe bananas
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/4 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips
Peel and chop bananas into slices. Lay in a single layer on a parchment-lined plate. Freeze until solid (at least 2 hours). Allow bananas to thaw for 5 minutes, then transfer to a blender or food processor. Add raspberries and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Once smooth, add chocolate and mix to incorporate. Serve as is for a soft serve consistency or transfer to a dish and freeze for about 20 minutes, for a firmer consistency. Enjoy!

3. Chicken Shawarma with Garlic Sauce & Fries
✨Ingredients : (for 4-5 wraps)
• 2 large chicken breasts (400g), sliced into strips
• Olive oil
• Parsley
• Tomato
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Seasoning : (Paprika, turmeric, black pepper, salt, chili, garlic powder)
Garlic Sauce :
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• Garlic (minced)
• Parsley
Sumac Onions :
• 1 red onion, sliced
• Sumac powder
• Parsley
• Juice of ½ lemon
Extras :
• 26 cm wrap
• Harissa (can be replaced with Sriracha)
• Cucumber
• Tomato
• French fries
Instructions :
1. In a bowl : Add chicken strips, olive oil, seasoning, tomato paste & lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate.
2. Cook : Heat a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
3. Prepare the garlic sauce : Mix yogurt, mayo, minced garlic & parsley in a bowl.
4. Make sumac onions : In another bowl, combine red onion, sumac, parsley & lemon juice. Toss well.
5. Assemble the wrap :
• Spread garlic sauce on the wrap.
• Add cooked chicken.
• Add sumac onions.
• Add harissa (or Sriracha), cucumber, tomato & fries.
• Drizzle more garlic sauce on top.
6. Fold & grill : Fold the bottom of the wrap, then the sides. Toast in a pan until golden brown.

▪️3 cups mixed berries
▪️1 cup plain Greek yogurt
▪️2 tbsp natural peanut butter
▪️1 tbsp maple syrup
▪️3/4 cup chocolate chips (melted with a little coconut oil)

6. Protein Breakfast Bagel 🥯
Ingredients for 1 bagel:
1 protein bagel
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 slice Red Leicester cheese
3 slices smoked salmon
4-5 sliced cucumber
4-5 sliced plum tomatoes
3 fresh spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. In a bowl whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture and fry for 30 seconds.
2. Place the protein bagels flat side down and cook for 30 seconds before flipping over. Fold the omelette onto the bagel and add the cheese, salmon, cucumber, tomatoes and spinach onto one half of the bagel.
3. Fold the other half and cook for 2 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted and the bagel has browned.
4. Serve warm.

7. 5-ingredient REESE’S EGGS
2/3 cup natural runny peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup almond flour
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, syrup and almond flour. Continue to fold together until a thick dough forms. Scoop a large tablespoon and form into egg shapes using your hands(should get 6 large or 8 medium sized eggs). Place on a dish lined with parchment paper and transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip the eggs in the chocolate to fully coat, shake off excess and place on the parchment paper. Top with sea salt if desired and transfer to the fridge for about 10 minutes until chocolate is set.

11. Oh no not a Steak Frites recipe 😩
Steak:
- 1 Hanger steak (Or any steak you prefer)
- 1/2 Tbsp salt for dry brining
- High smoke point oil (I used avocado oil)
- 4 Tbsp butter for basting
- 3 Cloves garlic for basting
- Rosemary and thyme for basting
- 1 Tbsp steak rub
French Fries:
- 3 Russet potatoes
- Water (if you don’t have this then you got other things to worry about)
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- Enough cooking oil to fill up 1/3 of a pot
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Chopped parsley
Peppercorn Sauce:
- 1 Chopped shallot
- 1.5 Tbsp Green peppercorns
- 1/4 cup Brandy (or whatever drink gets you lit)
- 1/2 cup of beef stock
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Instructions
French Fries:
1. Cut 3 Russet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick French fries
2. Boil French fries in a pot of water with 2 Tbsp vinegar and 1 Tbsp salt until they’re almost about to break
3. Let them cool down in the freezer before deep frying in 285F cooking oil for 10 minutes
4. Cool the fries down again and deep fry one last time at 375F until they’re gold and crispy (This happens pretty fast so you can do this while your steak is resting)
5. Season with salt immediately and chopped parsley right before serving
Steak:
1. Dry brine a steak with enough salt to cover it entirely for at least 1 hour but overnight is best (Dry brining is optional but makes for a better crust)
2. Make sure that the steak is dry before adding high smoke point oil to a hot pan and sear on all sides to build a crust as quickly is possible
3. Baste the steak with 4 Tbsp butter, 3 garlic cloves, rosemary and thyme for about 1 minute
4. Depending on the thickness of your steak, finish it in the oven at 280F until it reaches your desired temp (I like medium rare so I took mine out at 135F)
5. Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
Peppercorn sauce:
1. In the same pan add 1 tsp of crushed green peppercorns and 1 finely chopped shallot
2. Deglaze with 1/4 cup of Brandy (Optional)
3. Add 3/4 cup of beef stock and reduce
4. Add cream 1/4 cup of cream and 1 Tbsp of green peppercorns and reduce
5. Add 2 Tbsp of cold butter and mix

- 4 cups organic chicken or veggie broth
- 6 cups water
- 3 celery ribs
- cut in half 3 carrot stalks
- peeled and cut in half 6 garlic cloves
- whole 1 whole onion yellow or white
- 1tsp salt
- 1-2tbsp chicken bouillon (optional)
- Pastina, orzo
- Ditalini pasta of your choice
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- DIRECTIONS:
- In a stock pot, combine water and chicken broth. Add all vegetables and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Once boiling, bring heat to medium low and cover partially and cook for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, with a slotted spoon, remove veggies from broth and place in blender with 2 full ladles of broth and the chicken bouillon. Blend and add back to broth. Cook your favorite pasta (separately) and pour broth mix over. Sprinkle with cheese.

17. How to make a PICKLE BREADWICH!
This is a lowcarb bread option thats ACTUALLY pretty good. I shared a Zucchini version of this last week and so many of you were asking if its possible to make a lowcarb version with pickles. It took a few tweaks, but its pretty good! Instead of cheese in the sandwich, we are putting it around it and makes a great flatbread like vessel that you can use to make your favorite lowcarb, keto-friendly sandwich.
Here’s how to make it:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Thinly slice pickles of choice, I used sandwich slices since they were evenly sliced thin. This is probably your best move. Lay them out on parchment paper and pat them dry.
3. On a parchment-lined tray, sprinkle a thin layer of cheddar on one side, and another layer further down. We are going to make two “slices” here. Lay out 4-5 pickle slices, keeping them as close as possible to each other to form a rectangle, season if you’d like, then add another thin layer of cheese. You dont want a lot of cheese, a little goes a long way.
4. Bake for 19–20 mins until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven, let it cool just slightly, and gently peel.
5. Now, the fun part. Assemble with whatever sandwich toppings you like. I added a layer of mustard, some sriracha for heat, added lettuce, red onion, tomato, avocado, and some organic chicken. You can use any kind of protein you want, cut in half and enjoy!
