Ingredients

- Hanger Steak
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Shallots
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Russet potatoes

Recipe:

Tomato Confit

- In a baking sheet, add cherry tomatoes, peeled whole garlic cloves, sliced shallot and a few sprigs of thyme.

- Add olive oil and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

- Put it in the oven for 90 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hanger Steak

- Add salt and pepper

- Sear for 4-5 minutes on both sides and let it rest for 5 minutes

Fries with Garlic Chili Butter

- Cut russet potatoes into french fries
And fry in vegetable oil (or any high temp oil)

- Add butter, chili, thyme to a skillet.

- Once the butter has melt. Mix with fries

17. Eggplant Musakka (Moroccan dish)

2 Large eggplants
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 white onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon sumac
1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
1 bay leaf
1 lb ground beef
1 can crushed canned tomatoes
Some chopped Parsley (garnish)

Yogurt sauce
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoon fresh dill minced
1 lemon juiced

Instructions:
* Heat your oven to 400°, cut the eggplant into large pieces, about 2” and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Toss well and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the eggplant is very soft and tender. Set aside.

* Heat a large fry pan or sauté pan to medium-high and add the rest of the olive oil, onion, garlic, sumac, Aleppo pepper, coriander, and bay leaf. Season with another pinch of salt and black pepper and sauté for about 6-7 minutes or until the onions start to brown.

* Push the onions to one side of the pan and add the ground beef. Break the meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon and let cook undisturbed for about 6-7 minutes, or until the bottom of the meat starts to brown.

* Then, add the tomatoes, and roasted eggplant to the pan. Mix well and cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

* While the musakka is cooking, mix the yogurt sauce. Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, and lemon juice to a small bowl and mix well.

* Serve the Musakka with the yogurt sauce and some fresh parsley on top.

✨️ recipe ✨️

✨️ Hot honey ✨️1 whole stick of unsalted butter melted, 1- 1/2 cup of honey. Cyan pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. Add more crush red pepper and cyan if you want it extra spicy.

✨️ Chicken breast ✨️split the breast then pound it to about 1/4 thick. Next, dredge it in flour, then egg, then a seasoned panko and flour mix. Make sure to squeeze it into the chicken for a crispy crust and texture. Deep fry at 350°F for 6 min, then take it out and rest 1 min. Then, deep fry again till golden brown, it needs to hit an internal temp of 165°F to be fully cooked. Next, dredge in your hot honey to coat the chicken for the sandwich.

✨️ spicy pickles ✨️ slice cucumbers. In a pot, add a 1 to 1 ratio of water to white vinegar. Add a tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt, heat up, but don’t boil. Just melt the sugar. In a jar, add cucumber slices, a sprig of dill, black pepper corns, crushed red pepper, and the pickling liquid. Pickle for at least an hour, but it will get better with time. (Also, if you want it sweeter, add more sugar to the brine. Make sure you are tasting)
