Homemade Nutella Blueberry Cake (gluten, dairy & oil-free)

The cake tastes so soft and moist and because of the blueberries it’s so fresh. You can of course also use raspberries or strawberries. Hope you like it & wish you a great start into the week my loves.

Ingredients:

 Wet

Dry
2 eggs 80g ground hazelnuts
40g erythritol 130g rice flour
100g apple pulp/apple sauce 40g cocoa
200g chocolate pudding 40g cocoa

optional: 3 tsp chunky flavor milk chocolate

Instructions:

1. Mix wet & dry ingredients separately

2. Combine both mixtures and fold in blueberries

3. Place in a bundt pan oven and bake

Bake at 180C/356F (top/bottom heat) for 45min
