1. REFINED SUGAR-FREE SNICKERS OAT COOKIES 🤯
These will not last long! Plus they will make your kitchen smell amazing 😍
You’ll need:
1 ripe banana (mashed)
¼ cup organic peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
1 cup rolled oats (I used sprouted, gluten-free)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped organic peanuts
1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup.
2. Stir in oats.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 6 cookies). Add more chips on top if desired.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375°F.
6. Remove from oven, add flaky sea salt (optional), and enjoy! 💕

You’ll need: for 2 servings
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup soy or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
mix everything in a bowl and leave overnight or for a couple of hours until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid,

4. High-protein & low-sugar Reese’s hearts for the weekend❤️🔥
Ingredients
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Add peanut butter and protein powder to a bowl and mix well — depending on what kind of protein you use — you may need to add more (1 tbsp at a time) until you reach a thick dough-like consistency!
Roll into a ball and place on a parchment paper lined tray and slightly flatten. Set in the freezer 30 min
Using a cookie cutter, cut out mini hearts (or you can form by hand or just roll into balls).
Set back in the freezer for 30 min
Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each. Can also use double boiler method
Dip each heart into melted chocolate, top with flakey sea salt, and place back in the freezer to set. Enjoy! 💘🍫

and 1-2 tbsp red chili crunch oil.
air fry at 400 F for 30 minutes, stopping halfway to mix well. Please experiment with your air fryer - if it’s super strong, 30 mins may be overkill.

10. Creamy Steak Pasta & in 20 minutes & 1 pan - the perfect date night meal.
Recipe below:
Ingredients:
- 2 steaks (fillet steaks)
- tagliatelle pasta
- butter
- dash of white wine (optional)
- 1 white onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- mushrooms
- fresh sage
- double cream
- Parmesan
Method:
1. Season and cook steaks as preferred (I did
3 1/2 mins each side), then remove from pan and set aside covered in foil to keep warm
2. Pour a dash of white wine to deglaze the pan, then add a good sized knob of butter & melt
3. Add onion and cook for a few mins before adding mushroom and garlic
4. Allow this to cook down, stirring occasionally, while you put pasta in to boil
5. When the pasta is almost cooked, add a handful of fresh chopped sage, freshly grated Parmesan and approx 200ml double cream
6. Simmer & add pasta water until sauce is at desired consistency
7. Add pasta and toss well, before slicing steak, serving with some fresh Parmesan & your fave drink

Servings: 4
Ingredients
Meatballs:
• 450g / 1 lb ground beef (high fat%)
• 30g / 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 60g / 1/4 cup grated onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 egg
• 4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• olive oil (for frying)
Greek Salad
• 300g / 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 medium cucumber / 200g, diced
• 1 small red onion / 100g, thinly sliced
• 75g / 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
• 75g / 1/2 cup feta cheese, I used puck
• 30ml / 2 tbsp olive oil
• 15ml / 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Roasted Lemon Pepper potatoes:
• 900g / 2 lbs potatoes, cut into quarters
•. Lots of olive oil
• Juice of 0,5 lemon
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp lemon pepper
• salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Greek Beef Meatballs:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, egg, parsley and all the spices. Mix until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Greek Salad:
1. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and Kalamata olives.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then sprinkle with salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
3. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

12. Sweet potato taco bowls🍠
RECIPE:
* Cut some sweet potatoes, drizzle with salt and pepper, and place them into a baking tray. Then, air fry for 30 minutes at 400°F.
* While that cooks, pour some olive oil into a pan and add minced beef. Drizzle with taco seasoning and add a bit of water.
* Place it all into a bowl and serve an avocado and some cheese on top, with some fresh squeezed lime.

Blend: handful of cilantro 1 jalapeño 3 tsp of plain Greek yogurt 3/4 cup of milk 1 whole avocado 1 whole lime squeezed
Mixture:
Cup of corn
Cup of black beans
3/4 cup of cucumber
1/2 cups of purple onion
2 lbs boiled chicken
The sauce mixture

18. Tomato Soup 🍅
Recipe:
- Wash and dry 2 cartons cherry tomatoes, 2-3 heirloom tomatoes, 5-7 slicing or roma tomatoes
- Slice your big tomatoes into fours
- Wash and cut a red and orange bell pepper
- Chop a yellow into quarters
- Peel 2 bulbs of garlic (no need to chop)
- Place everything on a baking tray and season with Italian seasonings, salt, pepper, and add 5-6 sun dried tomatoes
- Drizzle in high quality olive oil
- Roast in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes
- Transter to a pot add a handful of basil (don’t roast the basil it will burn) and emulsify or to your blender to mix
- Back on the stove to stay warm, add in a 1/3 cup of half and half, or a cup of milk
- Add a parmesan rind and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Heat on low while you make grilled cheese!
- Take the parm rind out, serve it on up!
- Add mozzarella balls for some fun!
- Enjoy :)

21. Garlic butter salmon and vegetables, a healthy, easy, and super yummy dinner to make🥦🍠 recipe below:
- wash, peel and chop up a sweet potato into little cubes and season with oil, garlic, paprika and salt and mix together well and place in an oven proof dish
- in the same bowl add chopped peppers and onion and season with the above
- place the vegetables with the sweet potato on a tray and put in the oven on 200 for around 25/30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes have softened and cooked through
- then season some salmon with paprika and garlic powder and also put in the oven
- whilst this is cooking, make your sauce by adding butter, parsley, chilli flakes and garlic powder to a bowl and mix together
- when everything has cooked, serve the sweet potatoes, vegetables and salmon and pour over the garlic butter sauce

22. I‘ve been dreaming about these chopped salmon cream cheese bagels the whole week 🥯💭
Recipe for 8 bagels:
• 20g of fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast
• 320ml water (room temperature)
• 1 tbsp of sugar • 500g of wheat flour/bread flour
• 2 tsp of salt
• 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Toppings:
• milk
• any seeds you like, I made my own bagel seasoning here
Filling:
• cream cheese
• smoked salmon
• cucumber
• red onion
• fresh dill
• salt and pepper
• lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Mix yeast, water and sugar until the yeast and sugar dissolves and let sit for about 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, oil and knead for about 10 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl. Cover with a dry towel and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
4. Divide dough into 8 pieces and form balls. Cover with a towel and let the balls rest for about 10 minutes.
5. Make a whole in the middle of every ball to form bagels. Cover with a towel and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
6. In a large pot bring water with 2 tbsp of sugar to a boil.
7. Cook the bagels on each side for 60 seconds.
8. Place all bagels on a baking pan covered with baking paper.
9. Spread the milk on each bagel.
10. Top with anything you like.
11. Bake for 20 minutes at 220C degrees. Enjoy
