1. Grilled cheese cheeseburger 🧀🍔

2. Comfort Food

- Heat the olive oil in a medium pan
- Add the ground beef and cook until brown
- Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery cook for 5 min
- Add tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes
- Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and thyme and stir well.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth stir and bring to a simmer.
- When the sauce begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 min
- Add the frozen peas and cook for 5 min until the peas are cooked.
- Remove from the heat and set aside
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Peal potatoes and boil until tender. press the potatoes through a potato ricer
- Add butter, warm milk, gruyere (or any cheese of your liking) , salt and pepper and mix.
- Pour the meat filling into a baking dish or cast-iron pan and spread evenly
- Top with mashed potato and spread out evenly.
- Add cheese. Bake until the top golden brown.
- Let it rest 10-15 min before serving (green onion garnish is optional)

600g Chicken Breast ( I used Tenderloin for lower calorie)

2tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Celery powder
Each patty picked up about 10g Corn flake crumbs

Low calorie bun ( I used Culture Keto Buns found at Walmart)
Romaine Lettuce
7g of Light Mayo- I used Miracle Whip light mayo

Calorie and macros will vary depending on mayo brand and bun brand. Portioning is important for calorie intake as well so to be accurate, learn what a portion size is or invest in a food scale to measure. 20 calories of mayo can quickly go to 100 calories if measured incorrectly.

Ingredients
8 of carrots
1 yellow onion, big nob of ginger, 2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon cumin, chilli flakes, salt and peeper
1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Parsley, chilli and coconut milk for garnish
1 hot danish dude

Method
Roughly chop onion and garlic and add to a medium heat pot with olive oil. Grate ginger and add to pot. Add your spices 🔥 Chop 🥕and add to pot, covering with boiling water. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30+ mins
Blend carrots until smooth (my blender broke halfway 🥲). Top with coconut milk, parsley and chilli to make it look pretty and finally bed fed by hot danish dude

13. VEGETARIAN NO PASTA LASAGNE

serves 5
Sauce
- 1 white onion, finely sliced
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 2 cups of white button mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 2 celery sticks, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 2.5 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp vincotto
- 2 tins of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp cracked black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup basil, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Lasagne
- 1 eggplant
- 7-8 tbsp table salt
- 3 potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 zucchini’s
- Lots of olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 2 mozzarella balls, roughly torn
- 2 cups cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- Basil leaves
Béchamel
- 2.5 tbsp butter
- 2.5 tbsp ap flour
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp white paper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
Method
* First make the sauce, by sautéing the onions & mushrooms in the olive oil in a cast iron pot until the liquid from the mushrooms have evaporated. Then add the carrots, celery & garlic. Cook until they start to colour.
* Next add in the tomato paste, stir to combine then add in the vincotto, tinned tomatoes, chilli flakes, water, basil salt & pepper. Stir to combine & cook with the lid on, on low heat for 30 min. Stirring occasionally.
* Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
* Cut all the veg into 1cm wide pieces
* Cover eggplant with the table salt, let sit for 30 min or until water droplets appear. Rinse, pat dry & place on lined baking tray.
* Cover in oil & pepper. Cook in the oven for 15 min, until they start to colour.
* Cook the potatoes the same way.
* Fry the zucchini in a pan with oil, until both sides are lightly golden.
* Pat dry all veg to remove excess oil.
* For the Béchamel, melt butter in a pot, add the flour, whisk for 2-3 min then add half the milk. Whisk until it thickens, then add remaining milk & white pepper. Cont. to whisk. Once thick, turn off heat, add Parmesan, salt n pepper.
* Now assemble, sauce at the bottom & alternate sauce with veg & cheese in between. Top with béchamel & cheddar.
* Cook for 30 min, then on high grill for 10 min.

Marinade:
2 cups buttermilk
2lbs chicken thighs
1 tablespoon salt
1.5 teaspoons MSG
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon white pepper

11 herbs and spices flour:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
2.5 tablespoons salt
1.25 tablespoons MSG
3.5 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons white pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 teaspoons celery powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Pickles:
2 English cucumbers (seedless)
3 tablespoons salt
1.5 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
1 teaspoon celery seeds

📖 SAVE THIS TO MAKE

🐔 First Set aside 6 lbs of wings and season with salt and pepper

🍍 cut out 4 pineapple rings to grill, season with the Korean chili flakes and salt to balance the sweetness

🥣 Then Prepare the marinade:

¼ cup Pineapple juice

¼ cup expeller pressed Conola oil

Sea salt for taste

Fresh pepper taste

4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chile paste)

2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp minced ginger

3 garlic cloves chopped finely

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish

🍗 Next- grill the wings with just the salt and pepper or you can be extra like me and marinade for a couple hours , just use a fraction of the marinade above 👆.

🥣 when wings are done grilling, toss in marinade , garnish and enjoy

I grew up eating these pears whenever there was a special occasion, lucky for you, everyday is special. So stop what u are doing and make these bad boiz

Pears
Ingredients
10 pears
2 tablespoon of cinnamon and brown sugar
2 cups Marsala
1 tablespoon butter

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cut in half and remove pips
In a large bowl add in 1 cup or Marsala 3/4s of sugar and cinnamon to the pears and mix
And to baking tray cut side up with butter, cinnamon sticks and cover with rest of sugar, cinnamon and Marsala
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until desired texture

Ginger yoghurt
Ingredients & method
1.5 cups yogurt
1 tablespoon Ginger
1.5 teaspoon vanilla essence
Blenddd all together and enjoy 🥵

Nashville hot honey. That name just has a ring to it. I wish I would see this more often. Don’t get me wrong I love Nashville hot all on its own, but add honey and boom 💥. Add honey and pickles double boom 💥💥.

✨ Recipe ✨

✨ Fried Chicken thigh ✨ boneless chicken thigh dragged in egg then in a flour panko mix. Then deep fry at 300°F to 350°F for 6 minutes. take it out and rest. Put it back in at the same temp till golden brown.

✨ Pickles ✨ cut cucumber slices thick. Mix 1 to 1 ratio water to white vinegar. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 3 tbsp salt. Heat till it is all melted ( do not boil). Add all seasoning to the jar with cucumber slices and add vinegar mix. ( I add crushed red pepper and black pepper corns

✨ Nashville hot honey ✨ 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted, 4 tbsp cayenne pepper, 4 tbsp red pepper flakes, 4 tbsp smoked peprika, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 cup honey. (If it thickens, heat it in a pan on low heat. It will thin out)

✨ Ranch sauce ✨ equal parts mayo and sour cream, dill, parsley, minced garlic, old style mustard, heavy cream, salt & pepper. (Depending on how thin you want it you can add more cream or less. You can also replace the cream with butter milk)

Ingredients
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 6oz Nutella
• 1 cup chopped almonds (more or less, you can do this part to taste!)

Preparation:
• With an electric mixer, whip your heavy cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and Nutella until thick and creamy
• Mix in your chopped almonds
• Place your mix in a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours!
• Scoop up and enjoy!
