Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
splash of vanilla extract

1/4 packet vanilla pudding

Instructions:
Make cake by combining ingredients and microwaving for 1:30. crumble the cake and prepare the pudding.
Add spoonfuls of pudding until the cake it no longer crumbling. form balls with hands and enjoy. coat in chocolate if desired

2. Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bars
Ingredients:
---Batter:
-1/2 cup melted butter (salted)
-1/2 cup light brown sugar
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1 egg
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup flour (more if needed, add 1 tbsp at a time)
---cinnamon sugar mixture:
-3 tbsp granulated sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1.5 tbsp unsalted butter softened
---Icing:
-1/4 cup powdered sugar
-1/2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325F. in a bowl, combine butter, sugars, then add egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and stir. then add dry ingredients to the wet. grease baking dish and then add 1/2 batter.
Mash your softened butter in a small bowl and then add cinnamon and sugar.
Add spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar mixture to the batter and swirl with a knife.
Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. bake for 20-30 minutes. let them cool completely and then add icing

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup oats
-1 scoop collagen
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup milk

-2 tbsp butterscotch pudding

-pinch of cinnamon

5. Brown butter chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-1/2 cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
-1/4 cup white granulated sugar
-1/2 cup bread flour
-3/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/8 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2-1 cup chocolate chips (add as many as you want)
Instructions:
Melt butter in saucepan over stovetop on medium heat, let it boil, stir constantly (it start to bubble, foam, and make cracking and popping noises), once the butter has turned deep amber color, take off heat. (roughly takes 8-10 minutes)
Add brown butter to a bowl with your dark brown sugar and granulated sugar and set aside to cool completely. (give it around 10 minutes to cool off)
In a separate bowl, add flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk until fully combined.
Once the butter and sugars are cool, add your eggs and vanilla and mix with a rubber spatula.
Slowly incorporate your dry ingredients and stir.
Once dough has formed, fold in your chocolate.
Refrigerate dough for 24 hours!
Once time has elapsed, let bowl sit at room temperature before scooping dough into balls.
Preheat oven to 350F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. once time has passed, let the cookies rest on the tray for 2 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to completely cool off.

Ingredients and Instructions:

-1 3/4 cups sweet rice flour (mochiko)
-1/2 cup room temperature milk
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 room temperature egg
-2 tbsp melted butter
***mix separate from the base
1/4 cup sweet rice flour + 3 tbsp room temperature milk (microwave for 30 seconds or until a sticky dough forms and set aside to cool).
mix dry ingredients and wet in separate bowl. sift dry into the wet mixture and add the dough that was set aside and knead for 1 minute. preheat oil to 350F. while oil is heating, add cooking spray to your hands (bc the dough is sticky to touch) and form 8 small dough balls (about 1 tsp each) and form a circle onto a piece of parchment paper. once oil is hot enough, add donuts into the oil (2 at a time is best). fry each side for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown (remove the parchment paper after 20 seconds). set aside to cool on wire rack. once cool, add toppings!

Instructions:
Blend all wet ingredients to make sure there’s no avocado chunks. mix in dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes and let cool for 30 minutes, refrigerate overnight if you like fudgy brownies and microwave for 10 seconds the next day
