20. CRISPY AIR FRYER GARLIC PARM CHICKEN TENDERS
These are crispy, creamy, tangy, and incredibly simple to make 👏 recipe below!
Recipe Details:- 8 chicken tenders OR 2 chicken breasts cut into tender strips
- 1/2 tsp each salt + pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
Coating:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes + 1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp garlic + 1 tsp oregano
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 1 head roasted garlic (minced or whole)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano + 1/2 tsp basil + 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 370F.
Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix to completely coat with seasoning.
Then, crush the cornflake cereal in a bag, pour into a bowl, and mix with paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Pour onto a plate.
Set up a dredging station with the beaten eggs in a medium bowl, then crushed cornflakes, and seasoned chicken.
Start off by dipping the chicken tenders into the egg mixture, and then into the crushed cornflakes mix. Flip to coat the other side. Repeat with the remaining chicken tenders and coating.
Spray the basket of the air fryer. Working in batches, place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer.
Air fry at 370F for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the tenders are cooking, mix together the ingredients for the creamy garlic parm sauce in a medium bowl.
Once the tenders are done cooking, place them in a large bowl and pour the creamy garlic parm sauce over them. Toss to completely coat.
Garnish and serve.

Skirt steak is one of my favorite cuts of beef. If you are looking for a perfect steak to use in your sandwich, look no further. Use thermo lightning to make sure you get the perfect temp since this Cut of meat cooks fast. Add chimichurri and cojita cheese and you have a winner!
✨️ recipe ✨️
Skirt steak ✨️ take a full cut of Skirt steak and season with salt and black pepper. Next, get your grill or frying pan hot. ( It doesn't take long to cook, so you need everything hot to try and get a sear on the steak.) Grill, cook, or fry on one side for about 3 to 5 min depending on how thick your cut is, then flip the steak. Repeat the same step. ( You can check the temperature on the final side. You want to achieve 130°F for medium rare. Now pull it off the heat and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cutting the Skirt steak ✨️ cut the steak so you're left with 3 to 4 in long blocks. Turn each piece 90° so you're cutting the uncut side. Now cut about a 1/4 inch thick and at a slight angle. This will elongate your pieces.
✨️Chimichurry ✨️ You can chop, grind, or food process for this. Take a handful of parsley and one more of cilantro and rough cut it. Next, cut up 2 garlic cloves and red chili pepper. Put this in your food processor. ( for the best results ) after adding a half cup of olive oil and 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar. Now salt and pepper to taste.
✨️bottom spread ✨️mayonnaise mixed with old-style mustard. ( You can do just mayo or mustard. You can do whatever you like best. Mabey BBQ sauce would be good.)

✨️Tri-tip ✨️
Season with salt and pepper and put it in your smoker at 225°F till you get an internal temp of 100°F Then rap the tri-tip with butcher paper and put it back in the smoker at 165°F till you get an internal of 120°F Next remove the tri-tip from the paper and brush your favorite BBQ sauce on it and put it back in the smoker at 225°F till an internal of 130°F (this is why the @thermopro TempSpike is essential) Let rest 15 min.
✨️Mushroom gravy✨️
Chop 1 onion 1 garlic and 4 to 5 baby portabella mushrooms. Heat a frying pan and add 1 to 2 tbsp of butter, then add onions and Garlick, next add the mushrooms, cook them till they begin to stick to the pan and brown, now add a splash of white wine and use that to lose all the bits stuck to the pan. Next, add a splash of chicken stock and reduce, finally add a splash of heavy cream and mix till thickened. And salt and pepper to taste.
