Ingredients //
🥚4 large eggs - scrambled
🥓8 slices of bacon
🧀1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🧈Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions //
▫️Place 2 slices of raw bacon on a flat surface. Pour the eggs onto the bacon and sprinkle cheese on top.
▫️Roll up the bacon tightly, enclosing the eggs and cheese.
▫️repeat with additional rolls
▫️Heat a skillet with cooking oil or butter over medium heat.
Place the bacon, egg, and cheese roll-ups in the skillet, seam side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and all the sides are cooked through.
▫️Once cooked, remove the roll-ups from the skillet and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
▫️Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before serving.
▫️Serve on warm and on a bed of spinach & enjoy!

Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Brioche buns
- White onions
- Lettuce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Cayenne pepper
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Get your ground beef and season with salt, pepper or any other seasonings of choice. Mix the beef and seasonings together and make your burger patties as flat as you can with your hands
- Get your grill on high heat and sear your burgers until browned on both sides. Add your cheese and let it melt onto the burger. Toast your burger buns on the grill while this is happening
- Slice your white onions and cook on the grill until soft and browned
- To make Big Mac sauce, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar and mix until combined
