PB and J banana bread (Vegan and Healthy)

All the best in one!! So easy to make and vegan!

Ingredients:

2 bananas
1 egg/flax egg
Tbsp peanut butter
25g maple syrup
100g self raising flour
25g oats
Half a tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
2 tbsps jam

Mix all ingredients together apart from the jam and pour into a loaf tin. Add the jam to the top. Bake for 30-35 mins at 180 🥜🍓🍌
