BLUEBERRY BANANA CREAM BARS (Gluten-free & Vegan)
Ingredients:

Cream: |
| 2 bananas | |
| 2 tbsp maple syrup | |
| 150ml almond milk | |
| 2 tbsp almond butter | |
| 20g coconut oil | |
| 50g vanilla protein powder |

| 50g almond flour & 80g coconut flour | |
| 150g berries | |
| cinnamon & vanilla | |
| 2 tsp organic wild blueberries powder |
Instructions:
1. mash banana and mix all remaining ingredients
2. add berries of your choice
3. mix in organic wild blueberries powder
4. place in an ovenproof dish and bake
5. cut into individual bars and top with the cream
Bake at 180C/356F (top/bottom heat) for 50-60 min, and enjoy
