27. Pie with Camembert & Persimmon 🥮✨

It looks gourmet but is incredibly simple to make — a true show-stopper for brunch, holidays, or cozy nights in 🤍

Ingredients:
• Phyllo dough – 8 sheets
• Melted butter
• Camembert – 200 g
• Persimmon – 1–2
• Eggs – 3
• Cream – 200 ml
• Thyme
• Honey
• Nuts

Instructions:
1. Brush two sheets of phyllo with melted butter and layer them into your baking dish.
2. Twist the remaining phyllo sheets (as shown in the video) and place them inside.
3. Tuck sliced camembert and persimmon between the layers.
4. Whisk together eggs, cream, and thyme, then pour the mixture over the pie.
5. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes until golden.
6. Finish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of nuts. Enjoy! 🥮✨
