Ingredients:
* Potatoes
* Olive oil
* Bolognese sauce
* Béchamel sauce
* Cheese
* Herbs of your choice
* Salt
* Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes, cut them in half, and scoop out the insides.
2. Brush with olive oil and bake in the air fryer at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
3. Fill with Bolognese sauce, béchamel, and cheese.
4. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
5. Top with fresh herbs and serve.

4oz mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna sheets

Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- 4 cups chicken or beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 box of lasagna noodles
- 2 handfuls of chopped spinach
- 8 oz ricotta
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parm
- Tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt, garlic powder, italian seasoning, basil, red pepper flakes

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil and a pad of butter in a large pot
- Sauté onion and garlic
- Add in italian sausage and brown it
- Once brown, season with the seasonings listed above
- Add tomato paste in the center of the meat
- Cook it off for 1-2 mins
- Add in chicken or beef broth
- Add in jar of marinara
- Add in heavy cream
- Season again (I like to season in layers with soup)
- Bring it all to a boil and then reduce the heat and let it simmer
- Break the lasagna noodles into squares and toss them in
- Finely chop up some spinach into strips and toss them in
- As soon as the noodles are done, the soup is ready! (Best served as soon as they’re done)
- Serve with a dollop of the cheese mixture and crusty bread!

Cheese Mixture (you can measure with your heart on this):
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and parsley
- Season with the same seasonings as the soup!

• Beef fillet – 1 kg
• Potatoes – 1 kg

• Water – 500 ml

• Salt/pepper to taste
• Bay leaf – 2–3 pcs
• Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Method:
🥩 Cut all the vegetables as you like and place them in a baking dish.
🥩 Dilute the tomato paste with water and pour over the vegetables, add garlic, flour, salt/pepper, and vegetable oil, mix well.
🥩 Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 2.5 hours.
🥩 At the end, stir and sprinkle with fresh herbs 😍.

🥧🍎 APPLE–CARAMEL SKILLET CAKE

Ingredients:
• Apples – 2 pcs
• Sugar – 30 g
• Butter – 30 g
• Ground cinnamon
For the batter:
• Flour – 140 g
• Yogurt – 150 g
• Egg – 1 pc
• Sugar – 30 g
• Baking powder – 8 g
• Vanilla sugar – 8 g
• Vegetable oil – 30 g

Method:
🥧🍎 Melt the sugar with the butter and heat until golden brown (this will be the caramel).
🥧🍎 Peel the apples, slice them, and add to the caramel. Simmer for about 7 minutes, then add cinnamon and stir.
🥧🍎 Prepare the batter: whisk the egg with sugar and vegetable oil, then add yogurt. Sift in flour with baking powder, mix until smooth, and spread the batter over the apples in a thin layer.
🥧🍎 Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Then flip using a lid, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with tea 😍.

When the weekend is approaching, all we need is a sushi-style recipe!

✨ Ingredients:
- 300g sushi rice
- 2–3 slices of cooked salmon
- Sriracha, kewpie mayo, soy sauce & green onions
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Nori
- Teriyaki sauce

🥢 Prepare your sushi rice (recipe on my page – check the sushi playlist on TikTok).
Line a dish with plastic wrap, press the rice down, then cover with more plastic wrap on top. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.

🍘 Cut into strips to form rice cubes and air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Optional: drizzle some olive oil on top before air frying.

🐟 Cook the salmon, shred with a fork, and season with sriracha, kewpie mayo, soy sauce & green onions.

🥑 Top the crispy rice with the salmon mix, finish with avocado, sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce.

Wrap in nori sheets & enjoy!

💡 300g of raw sushi rice makes approx. 21 rice cubes – perfect for sharing! And if you want them extra filled, use 3 slices of salmon (around 380g).

Ingredients for 4 bagels (4 days of breakfast):
4 bagels
8 eggs
Handful of fresh chives
100g fat free cottage cheese
4 rashers streaky bacon
4 slices applewood cheese
20g sriracha mayo

Method:
1. Pan fry the bacon until crispy, set aside.
2. Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, chives, salt & pepper. Finally stir in the crispy bacon.
3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake at 180°C for 15-20 mins until set.
4. Cut the frittata into 4 equal squares. Layer into bagels then top with the cheese and sriracha mayo. Spray with some olive oil.
5. Pop back into the oven for 3 mins until the cheese melts, then let cool before wrapping individually in baking paper.

These will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days!!

- Pastina, orzo

- DIRECTIONS:
- In a stock pot, combine water and chicken broth. Add all vegetables and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Once boiling, bring heat to medium low and cover partially and cook for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, with a slotted spoon, remove veggies from broth and place in blender with 2 full ladles of broth and the chicken bouillon. Blend and add back to broth. Cook your favorite pasta (separately) and pour broth mix over. Sprinkle with cheese.

I have to say is this one’s viral for a reason. Here’s how I made mine!

Ingredients: (makes 4 bowls)
1 1/2 lbs sweet potato (680 g) peeled, diced into ~1/4” cubes
salt, pepper, cinnamon - to taste
1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
1 tbsp tomato paste (16 g)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 cups 2% low fat cottage cheese (452 g)
4 small avocados (400 g)
4 tbsp hot honey (84 g)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F and line a half baking sheet with parchment.
2. Add diced sweet potatoes, lightly spray with cooking spray and season with salt, pepper and a little cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping and seasoning again halfway.
3. While potatoes are baking, make the taco beef. Heat a frying pan on medium high, add ground beef and cook, breaking apart into small pieces until fully cooked (~5 min). Drain any excess liquid.
4. Add tomato paste, taco seasoning, a splash of water and cook for 1-2 more minutes, stirring everything together. Remove from heat.
5. Build your bowl with sweet potato, taco beef, cottage cheese and fresh avocado. Finish it off with a drizzle of hot honey and enjoy! ✨

-heat a skillet to medium heat
-add in 1 tbsp unsalted butter

-mix until soft
-next, stir in 1/4 cup Sauvignon blanc, 1 tbsp chopped basil, & 1 tbsp fresh parsley
-add in the juice from 1/2 a lemon & lemon zest
-add in 1lb raw shrimp (seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika)
-flip shrimp after 1-2 mins
-stir in 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
-reduce heat and add 1/2 lb cooked linguine
-add additional seasonings to taste: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, lemon juice
-garnish with parsley & serve

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8–9 tomatoes (tops cut off)
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups water
2 tbsp tomato paste
8–10 lasagna noodles, broken
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup Italian cheese blend
1 cup Parmesan
½ cup cheddar
3 tbsp ricotta
Fresh basil

Bread of choice (baguette, Italian, or sandwich bread)
1 clove garlic, mince
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt + black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Arrange tomatoes cut-side down around pan edges. Add onion + garlic in center, cover, cook 6–7 min on medium-low.
2. Move onion/garlic aside, brown ground beef in center.
3. Peel tomato skins with tongs, mash tomatoes.
4. Stir in tomato paste + seasonings, cook 2–3 min.
5. Add broth + water, bring to simmer.
6. Add noodles, cook 10–12 min until tender.
7. Lower heat, stir in cheeses + basil. Serve hot.

For the salmon (3 pieces):
* 3 salmon fillets
* 4 tbsp olive oil
* Juice of ½ lemon
* 1 tsp mustard
* 2 garlic cloves, grated
* Parsley, finely chopped
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp ground red pepper
* ½ tsp chili flakes
* Salt
For the roasted vegetables:
* 500 g baby potatoes
* 2 carrots, sliced
* 2 red onions, chopped
* 5–6 mushrooms
* 1 tsp thyme
* ½ tsp ground red pepper
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp salt
* 4–5 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp flour
* 280 ml milk
* 1 handful dill, finely chopped
* 1 tsp mustard
* Juice of ½ lemon
* 1 garlic clove, grated
* Salt & pepper

👩🍳 Preparation
1. Marinade & Salmon – Mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, parsley, and spices. Coat salmon and marinate in the fridge for 30 mins.
2. Vegetables – Boil potatoes & carrots until slightly soft. Toss with onions, mushrooms, spices, and olive oil.
3. Bake – Spread veggies on a tray, place salmon on top, and bake at 200 °C for 25–30 mins (last 5 mins at 210 °C for crispy top).
4. Sauce – Melt butter, sauté garlic, add flour, then slowly whisk in milk. Stir until thick. Finish with lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt & pepper.
✨ Plate up and drizzle that creamy lemon-dill sauce over your salmon. Perfection!

Creamy Egg Salad ⤵️
12 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dill pickle juice

1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Start by separating the yolks from the whites, then chop the whites finely and add them into a bowl.
2. To the yolks, add the mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, lemon juice, seasonings & hot sauce.
3. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix until creamy.
4. Add the yolk mixture to the diced egg whites and mix until well-combined.
5. Store in the fridge for 1 hour, then add the diced herbs & gently fold them in to your egg salad just before you’re ready to serve.
