1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
• 2 lb boneless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Juice + zest of 1 lemon
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
Mix everything together and marinate for at least 2 hours — overnight is best.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Grill, air-fry, or stovetop:
• Heat pan over medium
• Add ½ tbsp olive oil
