5. MANGO LIME SORBET🥭
I seriously cannot get enough of good homemade sorbet is because it’s so easy and refreshing 🤤 Plus only 3 ingredients are needed!🌴
Ingredients:
- 1 lb bag of diced frozen mango—or about 3 cups
- 1/4 cup lime juice— about 2 limes
- 1-2 tsp honey
Directions:
- add frozen mango to a food processor along with fresh squeezed juice from limes, honey, and blend
- be patient while blending, making sure to scrape the sides as you go, it can take a couple minutes to get the right consistency
- for a softer sorbet enjoy here or freeze in a container for at least an hour or two for a more sorbet texture
- best enjoyed once it’s made however you can store in the freezer and let thaw before enjoying again

7. Sushi waffle - mosaic edition!🍣🧇
Ingredients (for 2 waffles):
-1 cup uncooked sushi rice, cooked according to package instructions
-2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, divided
-1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
-1 tablespoon mirin
-1 teaspoon salt
-cooking spray
-3 ounces sushi grade tuna, chopped into small cubes
-3 ounces sushi grade salmon, chopped into small cubes
-1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
-1/2 avocado, cut into small cubes
-1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
-wasabi, for garnish
-sriracha, for garnish
-kewpie mayonnaise, for garnish
-sesame seeds, for garnish
-green onion, finely sliced, for garnish
Directions:
-In a large bowl, combine cooked sushi rice with 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, mirin, and salt. Mix to evenly coat rice.
-Heat a small waffle maker & grease with cooking spray. Fill the waffle maker with half of the rice mixture, and cook in the waffle maker until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the other half of rice and set the rice waffles aside.
-Assemble the waffles. Alternate between tuna, salmon, cucumber, and avocado cubes, filling the waffle holes. Drizzle soy sauce on top. Garnish with small dots of wasabi, sriracha, and kewpie mayonnaise. Then garnish with sesame seeds and green onion slices. Enjoy!

- preheat oven to 375

- add in some crispy jalapeños
SAUCE…

Ingredients:
* Cherry tomatoes - 350 g
* Garlic - 1/2
* Olive oil - 1 tbsp
* Ricotta cheese - 2 tbsp
* Basil - a few leaves
* Grated Parmesan - 1-2 tablespoons
* Spaghetti pasta
Instructions:
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and place them in a baking dish. Add garlic, salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C.
2. After baking, add ricotta, Parmesan, and basil to the tomatoes and garlic. Blend the mixture until smooth. If needed, add a little pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Combine the pasta with the sauce, heat it up, and you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!

12. Tomato-Burrata Bruschetta🪐🍅🌿
Ingredients:
Tuscan bread
Olive oil
Garlic
“cuore di bue“ tomatoes
Sea salt

Burrata
Fresh basil
Directions:
1. Cut the bread into slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in a frying pan until golden brown.
2. Take a clove of peeled garlic, cut it through the middle and rub it with the cut surface on the bread so that it gets a slightly garlicky aroma.
3. Cut the tomatoes, season with salt and cover the bread with them, then slice open the burrata and spread over the tomatoes.

I loveee salmon and am always looking for new ways to try it which is why this is perfect! This cooks in less than 10 minutes on the stove top 🙌 They’re like little salmon nuggets I’m obsessed. Get creative with your sides too! You can add veggies like carrots and cucumber. I topped with nori seasoning but you can serve with seaweed snacks too 😊
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1-2 TBS olive oil
- garlic powder, salt, pepper
- white rice
- 1 persian cucumber sliced
- 1/2 avocado
- sesame seeds
- furikake nori seasoning
- scallions
Spicy Mayo:
- 1/4 cup mayo—I used avocado oil mayo
- 1/2 – 1 TBS sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
- remove skin from salmon if you’d like and and cut into equal sized cubes
- add to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- heat about 1 TBS of olive oil on a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon pieces, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy
- rinse rice and add it to a pot with double the amount of water and salt, bring to a boil and cover & simmer for 20 minutes
- mix ingredients together for the spicy mayo
- assemble the bowl by adding the rice, salmon, sliced cucumbers, avocado, spicy mayo, scallions, nori seasoning and sesame seeds

Since my last banana pancake bites went viral, I decided to recreate it with strawberries! Personally i like this version more🤩
Recipe:
1/2 cup pancake mix + 1 cup water
Strawberries (sliced into coins)
Method:
1. Prepare your pancake batter of choice
2. Slice strawberries into coins
3. Dip the strawberry into the pancake batter until it’s evenly coated
4. Cook both sides on medium heat

15. Creamy Spinach Stuffed Salmon🔥
Switch up your go-to salmon recipe and give this one a try this week! Trust me, stuffed salmon is not nearly as hard to make as it probably looks.
*This was used for meal prep, so I used a 3 lb piece of fresh salmon, which I cut into 8 pieces. Adjust recipe based on how much salmon you are making!
✨Salmon
- 3 lb piece fresh salmon
- Avocado oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp cajun seasoning (or to preference)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp blackening seasoning
- Salt + pepper, red pepper flakes, thyme leaves, & Old Bay to taste
- (*Opt’l) Baste with melted butter prior to broiling
✨Filling
- 2 packs of 10 oz each frozen chopped spinach, thawed (squeeze in your hands to wring out excess water)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened/room temperature
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated or finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of chives
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- Salt + pepper & red pepper flakes to taste
1. Clean and pat your salmon dry. Then, cut it into reasonably sized pieces, keeping them wide enough to stuff.
2. Holding your non-dominant hand’s fingers against the back of the salmon for guidance, use your knife to cut pockets for your stuffing. *TIP: Avoid cutting too close to the edges of the salmon where the salmon thins out. Stuffing is easiest where the salmon is thickest!
3. Lightly drizzle and rub avocado oil onto your salmon. Then, season your entire salmon slab with the seasonings listed above.
4. Mix all of your filling ingredients together in a separate bowl and stuff your salmon once combined.
5. Place your salmon into the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 min & remove. Basting with butter at this point is optional.
6. Finally, broil your salmon for 2-3 minutes or until top has browned.

▪️1 Small Ciabatta Baguette
▪️Olive Oil
▪️Shredded Mozarella
▪️Basil, sliced
▪️3 Eggs

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F
2️⃣Cut three holes in the baguette (leaving the bottom in tact) and pull out the bread to create wells (you can save the excess bread and make croutons!)
3️⃣ Drizzle olive oil in the wells and sprinkle some mozzarella and basil
4️⃣ Crack an egg in each well, top with Parmesan, salt and pepper an place on an oiled baking sheet (this will help the bottom crisp up); bake for 10-15 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking
5️⃣ Top with more fresh basil and red pepper flakes, cut into individual pieces and enjoy!

18. Delicious Roasted Tomato Soup with Garlic Bread🍅🧀
Homemade Vegetable Broth:
- 2 onions
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 carrots
- 1.2L of water
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- Salt and pepper
1. Cut the vegetables roughly
2. In a pan, brown the onion with a drizzle of olive oil
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook for around twenty minutes
4. After cooling, filter the vegetables from the broth. These vegetables can then be mixed for a vegetable soup or as a vegetable stock.
Confit Garlic:
- 1 whole head of garlic
- Olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 120°C
2. In a ramekin, pour the peeled garlic and cover with olive oil. You can make peeling easier by soaking the garlic in hot water for a few minutes
3. Bake for 2 hours
Tomato Cream:
- 1kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 large red pepper (optional)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- A few leaves of basil and parsley
- 100ml crème fraîche (or fromage frais)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Vegetables soup
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. In an ovenproof mold, add the tomatoes, the pepper, the garlic and the onion cut into quarters. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and sprinkle the oregano. Mix everything and bake for 45min
3. After cooking, place in a bowl. Pour in the tomato paste, sugar, basil and parsley. Add 2 ladles of vegetable stock and mix everything
4. Place over medium heat while stirring. Add the vegetable stock little by little until you obtain the desired consistency (I used about 10 ladles for a liquid texture). Add the crème fraîche, correct the seasoning if necessary and mix everything again

- A handful of rocket leaves,
- A few slices of tomato,
- A few slices of red onion,
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper,
- A few slices of fresh ham,
- A small bunch of basil leaves,
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
- 1 teaspoon of jarred chilli,
- Half a roast capsicum,
- A few slices of prosciutto,

21. Camembert Cheese made in the oven with Baguette! 🥖
Ingredients:
⁃ Camembert cheese - 125g
⁃ Baguette - 1pc
⁃ Garlic - 2 cloves
⁃ Cherry tomatoes - 12-15pcs
⁃ Oregano, basil
- Olive oil - 10ml
- Rosemary - 1 twig.
Directions:
Make cuts on the top part of the cheese and put sliced slices of garlic in there and a twig of rosemary on top.
Put cherry tomatoes, baguette pieces around, sprinkle with spices and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
On a piece of baguette, knead the baked cherry tomato and dip it in melted cheese and enjoy!

22. 💗Easy Valentines Day Air Fryer Potatoes💗
These cuties deserve to be made!
Slice potatoes into rounds- you can go as thin or thick as you want as long as your cookie cutter can handle it :-)
I used large russet potatoes and each one yielded anywhere from 10-15 slices. Use leftovers for potato hash or dice into your soup! I used three potatoes. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter that fits the width of your potato slice and cut out a heart. Let them soak for 30 minutes in cold water then rinse and Pat dry.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (or anything you fancy, Cajun would be good!)
Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil (this worked for about 40 hearts)
Air fry at 400 for 15-18 minutes. 15 for the thinner potatoes, 18 for thicker ones. Remove and enjoy!!
Use leftover potatoes for a breakfast hash!

24. Viral Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad!🥬
Ingredients:
(Served for six people)
- 2 romaine salad
- 250g pasta
- 75g croutons
- 100g pine nuts
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 lime
- 250ml caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- cucumber
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- sunflower oil
Spices for the chicken:
- Italian herbs
- smoked paprika powder
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- pepper and salt
1. Wash and cut the cucumber and salad.
2. Flatten the chicken breast.
3. Grab 2 plates: in one plate egg and the spices. Mix together. Put In the other plate bread crumbs.
4. Put the chicken through the egg mixture and then through the bread crumbs.
5. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the chicken until done.
6. In the meantime, cook pasta and then drain under cold water.
7. Toast pine nuts and let it cool.
8. Cut chicken into pieces and let cool for 2 minutes.
9. Put everything in a bowl and add Parmesan cheese, croutons, caesar dressing, lime juice, pepper and salt.
10. Stir everything together.

26. ✨POMEGRANATE CHOCOLATE✨
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate
Pomegranate
Preparation:
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and set aside.
Melt the dark chocolate over a hot water bath.
Line a muffin tin with paper and fill some of the chocolate into it.
Add the pomegranate seeds and sprinkle some of the chocolate on them again.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer.

27. STARBUCKS PINK DRINK WITH CHOCOLATE COLD FOAM🍓🍫💕
This really does taste like a chocolate covered strawberry! Have you tried it yet??
You’ll need:
Pink Base:
1 ½ cups strawberries
1 cup coconut milk
Chocolate Cold Foam:
¼ cup heavy coconut cream (you want the thick part which helps create the foam so be sure to chill it beforehand)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
coconut milk (add a little in as needed if your cream is too thick)
1. Blend your strawberries and coconut milk.
2. In a separate jar, froth together your coconut cream, maple syrup and cocoa powder until you reach your desired texture.
3. Pour your strawberry drink over ice, then pour the chocolate foam on top and enjoy!❤️
